General Return Policy
If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, please contact us via e-mail within 30 days of the date you received your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization "RMA" for refund, store credit or exchange.
We will refund 100% of your original online purchase price as long as product is in the same resalable condition as they were shipped, and the product purchased online was returned to us (as dated by the return shipper) within 30 days from the date you received your order (as defined by the shipper's original delivery date).
In order to qualify for a refund or return, all products must be returned in their entirety and in their original unopened packaging. Please include your original invoice, or a copy with your return. Shipping & handling charges can not be credited or refunded. We do not accept product returns for products that were not purchased from the "myonthejob.com" online store.
Shipping
Currently all shipping is UPS weight based shipping within the UPS North America price zones. Shipments are fulfilled within 2 business days of on-line purchase, and should be received within 7 - 10 days.
